I carefully placed a cherry in the center of each cookie
The recipe called for a frosting made with sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate chips
After letting the cookies cool I frosted them
Verdict: I liked these-the dough was sweet and salty, and the cherries were actually complimentary, and not too sweet. They were a nice surprise, since I covered them in frosting and didn't know when I would bite into one.
