Part LIV: Cocoa Chip Cookies

Since I am going on vacation-leaving at 11pm tonight to catch the red eye to Maine, I made the cookies this morning and I'm posting early, for once!

I didn't take too many photos but here they are.

Here are all of today's ingredients

The recipe called for semi sweet chocolate chips, but I decided to use white chocolate chips for a little color contrast

Verdict: Not too bad. I liked the color contrast of the white chips with the chocolate dough, but the taste didn't bowl me over or anything.
