Part LVI: Honey Chocolate Chippers

Out of this week's selections these were the cookies I was looking forward to making the most. I love honey, and the recipe called for an entire cup of it! Along with toasted pecans, which I also love.

Verdict: Unimpressive. The lovely flavor of toasted pecans was drowned out by the chocolate chips. I think they would have been better with just honey, pecans, and oats.
